The Australian government are not celebrating it, all functions and events cancelled and the sovereign nation of Australia under the Australian constitution does not exist.

For the first time in a long time I have followed the Cat Open Thread this morning Struth
I think the numbered one and monty are more honest than Frank's gang!
We know that the communist governments of Australia do not give a shit about Australians and the vast majority have been overcome by fear.
At least the great sorting is evident.
I'll raise a beer with you tomorrow and declare Thank God for Australia.

They're scared and are aggressive toward anyone trying to pull their heads out of the sand.
If I can't do it there, I can do it nowhere. At least that is what I thought.
There's more people that get it on gab.
It's a test case for me. It's taken them a year to agree the virus isn't anything. I wonder sometimes if the cat is as right wing as some other sites now. I'm starting to believe not so much. Their age increases their frustration as well. Most are too old to do much now and underneath that shits them. I'm only stirring them up in that case, which would give them the shits. |

The Cat was taken over by a small group over a year ago, led by LL, and ably supported by Knuckle Dragger and Nick, and cheered on by Bespoke and Nota. For a long time I thought LL was out to destroy the Cat, but I was wrong. These people are there to protect the ruling Lib/Lab/Nat junta by whatever means necessary. This became abundantly clear in the aftermath of the Anzac Day protests inspired by Struth, and the lockout of the blog by Sinclair.
What came as a shock was stumbling over the evidence, in September last year, that these people were not thumbing their nose at Sinclair, but working with his full cooperation and collusion. That's why I blew my stack with him.

You know you and I have disagreed on many things MV.
But happy Australia day to you.
Unfortunately it will require looking at the past and not toward a future. But it was great while it lasted.
