[NFA says, Bernard is fighting the scum]
I write with massive news from Queensland and Western Australia and an update about a very important court case linked to the first win.
Win Number One: Bundaberg Regional Council has become the first council in Australia to remove the depraved paedophile fantasy comic, Gender Queer, from its shelves.
Win Number One: Bundaberg Regional Council has become the first council in Australia to remove the depraved paedophile fantasy comic, Gender Queer, from its shelves.
I cannot tell you how big this story is!
The left wing media has been desperately protecting this book from criticism. Politicians, government bodies like the Australian Classification Board, professional networks like the Australian Library and Information Association, as well as state libraries, have all been placing pressure on Councils to keep this obscene book on the shelves.
Anyone who criticises the content of this publication, which shows its author fantasising about paedophilia while masturbating and which promotes a depraved, pornographic website specialising in sexual degradation, public humiliation and slavery has been viciously attacked.
I wrote to Bundaberg Council a month ago and organised local supporters to contact their representatives to remove this book.
Thankfully, Bundaberg Council listened, showed common sense and the book is now gone.
We have a crack in the dam wall. And if we keep pushing legally and politically that dam will burst.
But I do expect in the short term that Bundaberg Regional Council will come under enormous pressure. Please be ready to support the Mayor, Councillors and CEO if the storm breaks and please keep them all in your prayers. These local leaders have shown bravery like no others in this nation but when the crazy activists find out what has happened I am sure that there will be a response.
This win comes just days after Robbie Katter also raised Gender Queer in the Queensland Parliament. You can see Robbie's reaction to the response from the Queensland Education Minister here - let's hope Di Farmer keeps her word and ensures that this book is not in any school libraries either. I will certainly be chasing her up on this!

I am extremely grateful for the actions taken by Robbie Katter and the Mayor and Councillors of Bundaberg Regional Council to protect our community and children.
Win Number Two: Residents in the City of Albany passed motions in a 'Special Meeting of Electors' on Monday night to remove Welcome to Sex by Yumi Stynes, Sex: A Book for Teenagers by Nikol Hasler and Sex Criminals by Matt Fraction from the Albany library catalogue. Another motion was passed regarding a 'Twerk workshop' funded by the Albany Council.
The City of Albany must consider these motions and provide a response. Already the Premier of Western Australia has been asked questions about this issue. The media has gone nuts.

The best part about this win is that I had nothing to do with it but provide some encouragement!
Michelle Kinsella and the team at Keep Children Safe Albany did a great job getting the signatures required to force this 'Special Meeting of Electors' and ensuring that enough supporters were organised to win the votes. This was not a simple task - leftist activists, Albany Pride and even representatives from the State Library of Western Australia all turned up to contest the motions too.
If you would like to contact Michelle Kinsella and Keep Children Safe Albany please email at KCSAalbany@proton.me.
Books like Welcome to Sex are not easy to fight because they are portrayed as 'educational'. The truth is that they are smut and parents don't want their children exposed to them. However, the path to victory over these books is not really a legal fight. It involves winning a political or practical battle.
Residents of Mackay practically won this fight earlier this year. Due to damage, Mackay Council removed Welcome to Sex from the shelves.
Now the residents of Albany, for the first time in Australia, have won a political contest of numbers to prove that books like Welcome to Sex do not have community support.
Again, this is a massive victory and I cannot emphasise how important it is. Keep Children Safe Albany prevailed and proved that it is possible in every community to organise ourselves and win!
So, let's keep going. When we fight, we win!
Thirdly, the Federal Court of Australia will hear my challenge to the Classification Review Board's decision to grant Gender Queer an Unrestricted classification on 30 September 2024.
It is encouraging in the lead up to this case that there is greater public awareness about this book and concern over its depictions of a paedophilia fantasy.
I believe that I am prepared for this fight and I have been working with my solicitor and two barristers on this case. Submissions were lodged on Monday.
The biggest challenge that I face in this battle is a financial one. As I have said in the past, the bullets in these battles are dollars.
I do not want to live in a nation that accepts that paedophilia fantasies are OK or normal. They are not.
I will stand up and do something about it and that is why I have taken the Classification Review Board to court. Now we need to pay for the legal firepower to win in Court.
It is not cheap. But it is up to us. No one else is coming to save the day. If we don't dig in, our children will grow up in a nation where paedophilia is normalised...
If everyone who receives this email donates just $1 then we will go a long way to covering the costs of this legal challenge.
If you can help with this battle please donate here. I cannot keep going without your support!
Thank you once again for your prayers and encouragement.
God bless,
