It was set up to be the law for bureaucrats to use but it really became a piece of shit when the communist labor party via their mates in the so called high court of Australia used the international agreements section to stop the dam in Tasmania.
After that the flood gates were open.
Every single bit of UN crap replaced any Australian law.
Australia is a subjugated province of whomever.
The ordinary people of Australia are treated as shit.
