Two more wins! Cairns & Townsville remove child porn comics
We have won two more battles!
Both Cairns Regional Council and the City of Townsville are in the process of removing all child pornography comics by Ken Akamatsu from their library collections.
They are now the 10th and 11th councils in Queensland to remove pornographic books since mid-2023. Others to do so are: Banana, Burdekin, Central Highlands, Gladstone, Logan, Scenic Rim, Somerset, Southern Downs and Western Downs councils.

The best part about these two latest victories is that they have come as a result of local action.
It was great to work with Cairns locals to secure this outcome over the last few days and I thank them for their efforts.
And it is clear that there has been pressure placed on Townsville - although I have absolutely no idea who is responsible for this. Townsville started the year with four Ken Akamatsu books including two that were clearly marked as 'available' to borrow. However, since this campaign started raising awareness about the content of Ken Akamatsu's comics, both those books have disappeared - and now Townsville is removing all such books from its catalogue.

Unfortunately, I am unable to devote as much time as I would to this campaign due to ongoing gay lawfare against me.
I expect that I will soon be in three court cases over a 43rd complaint lodged against me by a gay activist in NSW - all because I dared to help prevent a gay mob from descending on a family home in Brisbane in November last year.
However, thanks to your tremendous generosity in the last few days I will be taking action against the NSW 'Thought Police' bureaucrats who have rubber-stamped these complaints and who think that they have power over what Queenslanders do and say.
The first hearing in my case arguing that NSW law ends at the NSW border will held on 25 June in the NSW Supreme Court. I hope that I am successful. If I am not, then we are all living in a land of legal madness and chaos.
