Same people who wanted Voice are now ‘shutting them up’ when it comes to climate

Sky News contributor Evelyn Rae says the same people who wanted a Voice to Parliament are now “shutting them up” when it comes to climate.
More than 60 per cent of voters voted No in the October 14 Voice to Parliament referendum.
“Because every Indigenous person you will ever speak to says that we’ve always had fires,” she told Sky News host Caleb Bond.
“They actually used to start fires to start regeneration of certain plants and also for their safety a their communities.
“It’s a normal way of life, it always has been – I find it quite ironic that they don’t want to listen to them on this particular issue.”
