To comment on “We don’t feel safe”, 09/10 -That “fewer than half of Queenslanders feel safe walking alone in their neighbourhoods at night” is indeed a “’flow-on effect’ of increased crime”, (“We don’t feel safe”, 09/10). That is a direct result of government policies and legislation.
That is, we don’t feel safe in our neighbourhoods because of Labor. Labor must not be allowed to dodge, duck, or deflect their responsibility in making our communities unsafe. They must be held accountable for their actions. They must be ejected from our parliament at the next opportunity. I am not, however, advocating for an LNP government as they have failed in their duty to adequately oppose and expose Labor’s negligence. They are the Tweedledum and Tweedledee of Queensland politics. The time has come to try something other than the Labor and Liberal UNiparty. A coalition of minor parties who all reject the UN/WEF influence on our governance would be a massive improvement.
