4TheKids Inaugural Education Forum
Our education system is increasingly forfeiting academic excellence and discipline in pursuit of a progressive ideological agenda that, while making activists and bureaucrats feel good about themselves, does not equip students to realise their potential.
I am often contacted by concerned parents from across the country who are dismayed by the material their children are exposed to in school, who feel that schools are no longer safe grounds for their children’s minds.
I have spent the last few years encouraging people to get involved in the political process to ensure that their voices are heard, but the truth is that we need Australians all over the country to raise their voices about issues like this.
Thankfully, a group of South Australian parents are seeking better outcomes from their children’s education and have arranged South Australia’s Inaugural Education Forum, featuring guest speakers Dr. Kevin Donnelly and Dr. Bella d’Abrera, brought to you by 4TheKids.
Dr. Kevin Donnelly is a well-known author and senior fellow in the Education and Arts Faculty at the Australian Catholic University, and Dr. d’Abrera is the director of the Foundations of Western Civilization Program at the Institute of Public Affairs and a frequent contributor to The Spectator Australia, The Australian, and Sky News.
4TheKids is a community of South Australian parents, grandparents, carers and educators with a vision for greater education standards and academic excellence for our youth.
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has criticised Australia’s education system for a curriculum that produces “second-class robots” and is “a mile wide, but just an inch deep.”
4TheKids seeks to change that and to build a movement that sees the Australian curriculum promote excellence and to help students realise their full potential.
The full details of the event are as follows, and if you are in South Australia I would encourage you to attend:
Date: Wednesday October 4 at 7:00pm
Location: The Regal Theatre, 275 Kensington Road, Kensington, SA.
RSVP via the link below to reserve your spot as tickets are limited.

Let’s strive to ensure that our children’s education is world class, as it should be.
Your sincerely,
Alex Antic
Liberal Senator for South Australia
