Unmasking Controversial Laws: The Divisive Agenda Shaking Australia!
Dear NFA,
There has been a surge of controversy in Western Australia surrounding their Cultural Heritage Laws, imposing strict regulations on property owners of land over 1000m2.
These laws require obtaining consent from an Aboriginal Cultural Advisor before making any alterations to their properties. The legislation garnered support from the Liberal, National, and Labor parties, further fuelling the debates.
Adding to the upheaval, the WA Labor Party proposed an electoral boundary redraw, resulting in the dismantling of a rural seat in parliament to create a new seat in Perth.
The Liberal/National opposition often aligns with Labor to avoid being branded as anti-woke.
The Voice is a gateway to this type of anti-democratic and racist policy Australia could do without.
One Nation and its leader, Senator Pauline Hanson, have expressed total opposition to the Voice, a permanent and unremovable entity, which we know will pave the way for laws detrimental to regional Australia. The Voice poses a significant risk, as it entails alterations to Australia's founding document.

In Queensland, a similar scenario unfolds, as the Labor Government collaborates with the weak Liberal Party opposition to introduce a Treaty.
This has raised fears that the State may be burdened with cumbersome and destructive laws, mirroring the Cultural Heritage Act and other measures like reparations and public land closures (see Thomas Mayo of the Yes campaign’s interview on ABC Capricornia Rockhampton 28/7/2023 for further details, in which he outlined the complicity of the Liberals in establishing a Treaty).
Across the country, Australians are grappling with the divisive and racist agenda of the Prime Minister, whose actions are seen as reckless and destructive. The mounting challenges faced by various States call for a rethink in the way we approach Australian unity and peace.
