I doubt Michael Barry Henderson (CP, 22/07) has ever met David Atkinson (CP, 15/7).
Nonetheless, MBH assumes DA’s culture is to blame for something that is alleged to have happened in the past, the “stolen generations”, for which historians have found no evidence.
The political left make unfounded allegations repeatedly and hope they become accepted facts: a trick that only works on other leftists - conservatives aren’t so easily fooled.
The English migrant culture that MBH is vilifying was one that helped children when they were being harmed through parental neglect.
Children were only taken into care when they were at risk of harm, something all civilised cultures do.
MBH seems to be inciting racial hatred by repeating unfounded allegations of systemic racial abuse, which is extremely dangerous to our democracy.
