Good Moaning.
Take a hard look at opportunities developing due to the corruption and criminality of our government.
In some ways, we the great unjabbed, are starting to laugh...we have to.
If you are in denial so be it.
Fuck you, the proof is overwhelming.
You know it but still prefer to tell those who warned you and those that knew not to take the jab, we're conspiracy theorists.
While you're always sick, catching cold after cold, or much worse.
The death rates continue.
Tick tick tick..........
My other thread shows a fairly down and depressed Dr John "I won't jump to any conclusions" Campbell spell it out.
Choo Choo was of course , part of the statistics he quotes.
Just in my own area, we see denialists everywhere, and when ignorance is combined with arrogance, we then get to sit back and have a laugh.
Mind you, due to the moral failure of the submissive, it's not a good scenario for any of us, ...thanks for that,....but I get to see the arrogance of a certain type of individual, namely middle management, and those who think they know all in business, coming unstuck rapidly, and falling on their face.
I'm sure you can see it in your industry.
Throwing their weight around as if they can get workers anywhere.
"We've taken over running the trucks and anyone who doesn't tow the line will be out on their arse.
But we aren't.
They put adds on facebook for drivers, , stating overseas drivers are welcome to apply.......and they get nothing.
You dumb bastards.
It seems being middle management in bigger business doesn't require any political nouse or knowledge.
If it's not female genitalia getting you in, it's how well you suck you know what.
No takers ?
A big company who actually stated they have 20 trucks in the yard waiting to go and will kick out any subbie playing up......
Name me a company who has 20 trucks without drivers just sitting around, that thinks it should advertise THAT as a threat, and I'll show you one set of dopey bastards who have purposefully put themselves in denial and think the world hasn't changed.
Like electric trucks, or self driving trucks, theirs are delusional pipe dreams that WILL NOT EVER come into being in most of the transport industry.
And you can stick computers in everything and in front of every face, and all that happens is their user's brains turn off.
And it all goes to shit.
The reality of the world, is the truth of the world. And denying truth is detrimental to business.
Oops, all of a sudden their great declarations go out the window, with much piss taking and laughing being done by those who are embedded in reality, ........and the reality is, you may be able to stick Indians in a truck between city depots, but they are far too emotional and without pride in their work, just after cash doing the minimal, ..which is fair enough...they are useless to many operations, ....theirs is not the culture that made this country the once great nation of freedom it was.
Rally driving B doubles up and down muddy hills and small tracks, manual crash boxes, gaining an intimate knowledge of each farmers "pads" throughout the entire area, a labyrinth of nutty Australian transport regulations, etc etc, is a challenge enough for me, and I've been driving these things most of my adult life.
I would only know about 50% of the pads used, and they make new tracks as they go, and when you reach the farm, if they are still cutting, a very thick accented Australian cane farmer or haul out driver, will direct you to the pad they are using.
God it would be funny to hear those conversations if they had to explain it to a "put put ding ding"...Indian.
Somehow, my truck , with only me as the sole driver, was rostered by the new , bigger company running the cane harvest trucking this year, for five days a week.
I was doing six days a week last year and I just did six days this week...their first week running the show.
And they're big days, around the 14 to 15 hour days...which yes, is legal, as long as it's only twelve hours driving.
They wanted me to work today, pretending to forget I had already worked six days and by law, must have a day off.
So much for safety.
Not allowed into the mill without a hi viz outfit to make you look like the product of love between a fireman and a beach ball?
Safety, safety, safety.
Yet myself and a few others have never worn that shit, and will never........and they haven't said a word.
Here's the reality.
Young blokes don't want to work that hard and those that do can't afford the thousands of dollars it now costs to get a Multi combination licence.
So the numbers are not coming through.
The Australian government corruptly gives Indians an MC licence upon arrival in Australia if they can prove they have forged a licence allowing them to drive a pick up truck in India.
This only makes them good for linehaul or small truck urban stuff, for some time to come.
Then, of course there is jab sickness and death, rapidly destroying the experienced drivers lives who were dumb enough to get jabbed and have rods shoved up their noses multiple times a week to cross a state border.
Yes, all that bullshit actually happened.
Then there is the tax system which kills any incentive to work hard...and the housing market and the lack of incentive generally that only a socialist system can produce.
And on it goes.
I am sure those reading this could add to the list there.
And yet in amongst all this, drop kick, denialist middle management comes swaggering in, telling all of us drivers how it's going to be.
And after only one week, it's going to be nothing of the sort.
