RE: $429 a year power price hike
The Editor The Cairns Post
We don’t buy gas or coal from Ukraine or Russia – we have plenty here that’s free to mine except the government whacks royalty tax on it, ($429 a year power price hike, 10/06).
Electricity prices are rising and will continue to rise because of governments skewing the energy market to favour expensive unreliable renewables at direct cost to cheap reliable hydrocarbons.
We can all see now that the “cheaper renewables” narrative is dead, buried, and cremated and that expensive electricity fuels inflation.
The failure of climate predictions, particularly the highly visible failure of seas to rise two metres by 2010 as forecast in the early 1990s, shows that it’s all a massive hoax.
The Liberal-Labor twins are clearly facilitating this hoax, which seems to originate with the WEF Davos-class billionaire conspirators and which benefits only China.
The only way to fix this mess is to vote for climate deniers.

Nothing that is forced on people is good. If so-called “green/sustainable” products and services were superior their adoption would be voluntary and they would cost less, (“Cost of going green bites”, 10/06). If “climate change” from human activity was real we’d have been seeing evidence of it for decades - but the rivers still flow, the dams still fill, the kids still know snow, and the seas are where they were decades ago.
Every politician, bureaucrat, corporate executive, and activist who is promoting “green/sustainable” products and services is peddling misinformation to achieve profit targets and political objectives. If our existing laws were properly applied, climate alarmists would be facing courts.
