RE: Sweating the surplus
The Editor The Cairns Post
Australia has a serious debt problem which can only be fixed by powering the economy with the cheapest possible electricity, but our federal treasurer remains obsessed by “the industrial opportunities of clean energy”, (Sweating the surplus, 06/05).
As of May 2023, no city, state or nation has ever achieved a “transition to renewables” because that particular miracle just isn’t achievable.
The peak groups insisting it is achievable can’t point to a single example of it but that doesn’t matter to them because it is purely a mechanism to weaken us.
Who are these peak groups? The World Economic Forum and their mates at the Chinese Communist Party.
It begs the question: why are our leaders sacrificing our future prosperity on the WEF-CCP’s energy-fiction altar?
Whatever happened to politicians who were loyal to Australia?
