Do the mills process the delivered cane as fast as it arrives or do they have to stockpile it for later processing?
And, how many tonnes do you reckon you will have carted?

It gets transferred to rail wagons and they sit there. We wait for them sometimes so no.....they cannot get the cane processed anywhere near as quick as it is brought in.

Quiet as expected on the roads this morning. ..a blessing in itself.....but now out they come....like a battalion of hung over chimps. ....caring not where to pull up to piss or hurl. One fat young thing turned herself inside out spewing that hard...and it's Jan the first in Australia!

Ok... I wasn't sure if the density of cane would let you make the weight.

They are within one or two tonnes on the haul outs and we let them know previous weights.
