It’s utterly surreal that for the last two years we had the greatest top-down, authoritarian upheaval and elite-driven reorganisation of our society since the reformation. The revolutionary implementation of the concepts that the government can mass imprison everyone at a whim, place travel restrictions on everyone and anyone, mandate everyone has to take intravenous drugs to go in public, order everyone has to carry a licence to go in public, that you must volunteer in a program of mass surveillance of your movements, order you to go to a camp if you refuse an invasive violent test simply because you stood in Coles while someone else did, billions of dollars printed and helicopter dropped all over the country, house prices doubling, rent doubling, inflation going to 10%, the biggest protests of everymen here ever, the trauma of the last two years – completely self inflicted, and there’s not a single word of it in any of the fake election “campaign” just two months after it was conveniently all put to bed. No political hay to make at all on either side. Did Morrison not “save” us? Did Morrison not “betray” us? Would “Albo” (are we not sick of these dual-syllable mickey mouse childish names yet?) not have done a worse or better job of it? Nobody has an opinion at all? Uhuh.

For or against, whatever, it’s just a bipartisan stone cold silence across the entire official “campaign” and “culture”. An agreement to not speak about it because they both know that they both would do the exact same thing and will do it again, next year, in five years, or ten. The WHO redefined what a Global Pandemic ™ is in 2019 – right before the Swine Flu Global Pandemic that wasn’t, and so it is clear that we are going to have these official Global Pandemic’s ™ semi-regularly going forward. The last two years was the first full implementation of the new normal of respiratory disease containment that we signed up to in various biosecurity agreements with the WHO over the last ten years. And as we see, the brand new ‘tools’ they’ve just used in an at times revolutionary fervour to obliterate centuries of norms regarding public health, privacy and freedom, are now being merged and absorbed as regular business as usual in various states to be deployed whenever the government feels like it.

I’m beyond trying to round it up with comments and analysis anymore. It’s just a societal hell we’re in, forces beyond us are moving in our society. Perhaps the spirit that moved this time last century is on the move again, and there’s nothing for any of it except to fix your own little corner of earth, get right with god, vote to burn it all down, and carry on with hope that enough other people will do the same.
