The Australian Government and western governments world wide have kicked their constitutions to the curb.
None more so than the Australian government, I would wager.
And so many human rights violations! People are still in denial because war hasn't been officially declared, and it won't be.
But we are at war.
Of course we are.
The people of the west against their infiltrated governments.
On other sites I point out where government have gone off the reservation regarding our constitution, but unsurprisingly, being Australia, my fellow countrymen will not read their constitution because it was meant to be only read by constitutional judiciary and experts and interpreted only , finally, by the high court.
A court that recently ruled that people who have never set foot in Australia can claim to be indigenous and be let straight in.
A contract between the people of Australia and the subservient government is exactly that, and that subservient government does not get sole rights to interpret it.
Sure, in times past we have let them.
And they have plainly, in very many cases interpreted black as meaning white, and up as down.
Pathetic in it's arrogance and so telling as to what these people think of the people who are the contract owners.
Us.
The only side of the contract that can change it, in any way.
When it comes to our constitution, WE are the ultimate interpreters because the high court may interpret it one way, but they can't change it.
The people can, and in doing so, can over ride bad interpretations.
WHEN WE SEE OBVIOUS WRONGFUL AND DELIBERATE MISINTERPRETATION, we have a right and in fact a duty to call those out that have done so.
Not..."well the high court's ruling is final!"
No it is not.
We the people can change that ruling.
They cannot.
This very dangerous mindset of subservience and not understanding who the f...k is meant to be in charge here, means we end up in the mess we are in.
Freedom is in men's hearts and also in their minds, and when it is gone no constitution, law or institution can save them.
Nothing is final regarding our constitution and if the Australian people feel like changing a wrongful, corrupt interpretation we have the means to do so.
But of course Australians will never be that proactive politically.
Hence we find ourselves with the largest government with the most politicians per capita on earth.
A nightmare Nanny state.
Imprisoned as only the North Koreans know.
Wearing our high viz prison uniforms.
People claim I am waving the constitution at the government screaming something like "You can't do that according to section 51 iv!!!!"
That's a cop out, because of denialism........thinking the government is worried about elections, or your vote, or the rule of law according to the constitution, is not the true state of affairs.
It's denialism so bad, they'd rather shoot the messenger.
We are at war.
This is why I point to the constitution.
I am pointing to the fact that when we look at our simply written constitution (precisely for times like these) we can, for ourselves see that the government have raised themselves above it, through either ignoring it completely, or interpreting black to mean white, and this has been happening for years.
We are at war, and we must understand that the government is now bound to no Law of the land.
Looking at the constitution we see that quite clearly.
So shoving the constitution at them will do nothing.
It is not why we should look at OUR constitution.
To be sure they have put themselves above the rule of law.
Why is that important?
So you don't hold out hope .......like "Scott Morrison's hands are tied.....He can't do nuffink about the states"
Of course he can, according to the constitution, but he won't.
We look at our constitution to understand, to stop being in denial.
The government is at war with it's people and it is lawless and criminal and so therefore anything (as we are seeing) is possible.
Any amount of evil.
We look at the constitution to reinforce the fact we are at war and they have nothing holding them back.
Nothing.
