The Townsville Bulletin
It’s been over two weeks since the Queensland Health staff super-spreader carried the highly-contagious Delta variant to 900 close contacts in NQ (TB, 08/07).
How many are sick? None, evidently – otherwise that pertinent fact would’ve been mentioned in the “Call for Covid teen report” article.
That’s it; game over – Townsville has busted the covid myth.
All Australians owe the people of Townsville a debt of gratitude for providing a nice, clean stage on which this farce could finally play out.
It’s now time to investigate those who have pushed this massive hoax on the people of Australia.

Thu 8/07/2021 2:24 PM We wouldn't need to import seasonal farm workers (CP 08/07) if we simplified and deleted a swag of our own regulations. Presently if someone wants to get off the dole and work a season Centrelink punishes them when the work runs out and they need the dole again. And farmers have a Kosciuszko of regulations if they want to offer on-farm accommodation. Delete the lot and let people bring a tent. This all came about from the left locking in the poverty vote by offering welfarism as a career choice. Jay, Edge Hill
Bwahahahahhh! By Thursday morning nearly 78,000 people had signed the petition (CP, 06/07) to strip the Premier of her Olympics junket. Perhaps she's not as popular as she thinks she is? Ex-ALP Voter, Cairns
The Toogood Rd speed limit drop amply demonstrates that the people no longer control their own governments. We are now ruled by faceless, unimpeachable bureaucrats. I never voted for that and I demand we promptly return to the old system that we actually agreed to. End rule by bureaucrat now! Angry, Bayview Heights
Albo (8/7) thinks he's earning brownie points by pushing vaccines harder than ScoMo. That won't age well. Everything is on the web these days - from newspapers to social media conspiracy theories to medical research publications. There are positives and negatives to the vaccines but neither side of our political class are talking about the vaccine negatives. How can we give "informed consent" (a legal requirement) if we're not being fully informed? Twister, Mt Sheridan
Prince Charles hydrogen-fuelled car (CP 8/7) could not be built without coking coal to strip the excess oxygen atoms from the iron ore. "Green steel" is still a non-starter due to exorbitant cost. Just saying. Mechanic, Smithfield
Peter Campion (letters, 8/7) - outstanding! That's exactly what I was thinking. Covid can't be highly contagious and very deadly if a superspreader travels the length of the state and nobody gets sick and nobody dies. Covid is over and our politicians are criminals. Ivy, Brinsmead
The Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance might want to abandon their "Journalist Code of Ethics" as a consequence of Covid. Very few journalists have been able to conform to Standard No. 1, 4, 5, 9, and 12, but the "Guidance Clause," "Only substantial advancement of the public interest or risk of substantial harm to people allows any standard to be overridden," makes that OK, apparently. Well it's not. Covid has been a hoax and honest journalists have been tricked by Branch Covidian medical alarmists into breaching their ethical standards to the detriment of the whole community. Retiree, Woree
Diazepam (08/07). One day we'll need a Royal Commission into the pharmaceutical industry's promotion of one of the most damaging drugs in human history. Weed is a natural herb and diametrically opposite Diazepam in terms of efficacy and safety but the pharmaceutical companies lobbied for weed to be banned. Profits first, comrades. Zeb, Mt Sheridan
If Bunnings is going to involve itself in the highly suspect vaccine obsession I'll simply boycott Bunnings. Where can I line up to be infected with the non-deadly covid instead? Tradie, Caravonica
Lets hope that the Qld Govt is humble enough to refund all the covid fines, such as the $2500 hit to the hotel quarantine escapee, once it's proven that covid was just another bad flu. But don't hold your breath - the chutzpah of our elected idiots is impenetrable. Ursula, Earlville
While some here wear out the global warming theme over some ordinary summer heat in the northwest USA, the centre of South America has suffered record winter cold. It ain't global warming unless it's global. Coolie, Cairns
Consistency in language is important. We call the PM "ScoMo" and not "Morro." So why do we call the opposition leader "Albo" and not "AnAl?" Curious, Cairns
Without "media flooding" the warmunists and Branch Covidians could not generate alarm. We pay to receive that flood of agitprop through tax (ABC, SBS), subscription (News Corp, Nine), or exposure to advertising (everywhere else). Go outside the reach of the media and there's no global warming and there's no covid pandemic. Funny, that. Mark W. Redlynch
It's interesting to see the aboriginal population growing faster than the birthrate. These "new" aboriginals are mostly wealthy, highly-educated residents of predominantly Green-held inner city seats. In effect, wealthy people are "identifying" as aboriginal and claiming "oppression" to signal their virtue and to blame "racism" for any failures. That's sad and genuine aboriginal people are starting to resent it. Luke, Holloways Beach
What rubbish, Tory Shepherd (8/7). Anti-euthanasia advocates are NOT "pro-suffering." Palliative care is quite effective. What we are against is government involvement in killing its own citizens, because inevitably there will be mission creep until senior citizens feel compelled to end their lives so the government saves money on their pensions. Cecilia, Redlynch
The best news I've heard in months came out on Wednesday night. President Trump is suing Facebook, Google and Twitter for taking away his Consitutionally-protected right to free speech. We might finally start to get access to accurate information on politics, covid, energy production and climate change. Republican, Cairns
(CP, 8/7) Cameras to force drivers eyes off their phones is a great idea. But it would be better if all drivers were well enough trained to understand that distracted driving can kill them and/or ruin them financially so they know not to do it - ever. Taxi driver, Cairns
What's the point of spending taxpayers money promoting tourism if the governments that force us to pay the tax can then shut tourism down on a whim? (By 'whim' I mean 'political whim' - because the PCR test never has been accurate enough to validate the Covid mandates.) Grey, Cairns
Chris Uhlmann had a column in a Nine publication thus week in which he noted that 44,000 Australians are "killed or maimed by their doctors or nurses" each year. That's 120 per day - and it puts covid in the shade. Funny how covid has become the flu that no Australian is permitted to catch, eh? Tracy, West Cairns
Putting men who believe they're women in women's bathrooms and sports are the radical left's way of making women irrelevant and removing the rights that women have gained from conservative politics. Prove me wrong. Higgs, Tolga
AGL is mothballing a gas-fuelled generator at Torrens B in SA (CP, 08/07) because government subsidies for AGL's unreliable renewables fleet create bigger corporate profits. In other words, government policy settings are forcing cheap, reliable hydrocarbon-fuelled generators out of the market because of "climate change" - while five Asian countries are building 600 new coal-fired power plants. Electrical Engineer, Brinsmead
