It saddens me to note the illogical views of many regarding what can only be laughingly called our democracy. Even those that you would assume get it, don't. I once stood on a stage in front of parliament house addressing a protest with Alan Jones. Back in 2011. He understands the way the media works, because when I said to him, (off the mike), that people will see how huge this convoy has been, he said , no, that's just the point, they won't. And they didn't. He realised he had to bring the MSM to the show by baiting them with the possibility of destroying him, and went about it masterfully.
Yet, they spun the story as required, and later, when I was interviewed by a regional ABC radio knob head, intent on having fun with a dumb truckie, by attempting to destroy and mock me with his massive University brain, he went into meltdown when I responded to his claims that the convoy was a failure, by suggesting on air, that they can see just how big the convoy had been by checking it out on the net.
The interview abruptly ended. Control of the narrative.
Lots of lessons were learned and suspicions confirmed back then for a younger Struth.
So the other night, a man who should no better, Alan Jones said, "It won't look good for Sco Mo if he keeps this up next election"
Really? So what choice do we have, Alan?
