"The US Republic (which was not intended to be a democracy) has fallen; the question is, can Trump restore it?"
Will he get the chance to change anything?

Re: Campus tension as high as ’60s
The Editor The Cairns Post
“Right-wing extremism” is a myth created by left-wing extremists to justify their own violent actions, (Campus tension as high as ’60s, 25/07).
Remember when American career criminal George Floyd died of a drug overdose while resisting arrest? The left burned down the centres of several US cities and caused over a billion dollars in damage and many deaths.
Remember when an Antifa activist attempted to assassinate President Trump? The right remained calm, didn’t burn anything down, and nobody died.
The left’s poster boy “right-wing extremist” was Adolf Hitler. Framing him as “right-wing” required one of the biggest reinventions of history ever.
Hitler was a National-Socialist. The key word is socialist. He was to the right only of Stalin, an international socialist.
Nationalism wasn’t the reason Hitler was murderous. Plenty of groups are nationalist without being murderous. The Allies who defeated Hitler were nationalists.
Socialism was why Hitler was murderous because socialism rewards corruption and so it always defaults to mayhem and murder.
The left are the danger to polite, coherent, and functional societies – and societies collapse when the ever-polite and tolerant right forget that fact.

Just remember what "Killer" Dan Andrews, a member of the Socialist Left faction of the Labor Party, did to people at The Shrine in Melbourne by sending in his Victorian Police Thugs, black shirts, to fire rubber bullets at the anti-Covid protests.
