Now that it is confirmed that Victorian Premier Andrews can proceed with his Chinese Belt & Road "jobs" creating initiative we can speculate on what that will mean for Victoria and Australia.

The wonder of the communist country called Victoria is that such a relatively small area contains massive coal, oil and gas, gold, timber and lots of other industrial minerals whose extraction will provide "jobs".
The Port of Hastings on Western Port Bay, actually to the South East of Melbourne, is already being set up as the major shipping port for container and bulk freight in and out of Victoria.
It will not take much to provide conveyor "Belts" to conduct coal direct from the Gippsland Coal Fields to waiting ships along the Victorian coast.
Green Jobs will be everywhere in the Country of Victoria.
