To grab the power they have, the states used emergency powers, state of emergency powers to bring in draconian socialist tyranny.
Still a state of emergency in Australia? For any of them?
When there is no state of emergency, they have not one right to enforce any social distancing measures at all, not one restriction on business activity that wasn't there previously, or one digital control of the populous.
Where is the WA State Premier drawing his absurd behaviour from and from which Law book?
It's either a state of emergency/ disaster, or it isn't.
As stated previously, have the right conceded the fight against the socialist's legality to do any of this, and therefore been brought willingly toward the left stance by just arguing the process, Credlin style?
