Three shopping centres, Pacific Fair, Gasworks, and Indooroopilly, are to be powered by “100 per cent renewable energy” from CS Energy’s Columboola Solar Farm, (Energy deal fit for a real sunshine state, 05/03).
Rightio, then. I take it these centres will only open from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm on sunny days, because that’s the only time solar can produce sufficient energy.
As we say in the regions, “go woke, go broke”.

No country has been able to “bring down household energy prices” with any combination of wind, solar, chemical batteries, and pumped hydro.
Hydro should never be grouped with renewables because pre-renewables activists block hydro development.
Now we read that the Liberal-in-name-only NSW government is going to divert $250 per household that was taken from those households for health, education, etc, back to them to momentarily relieve the financial pain from the self-evident fact that more renewables mean higher electricity prices, (Up to 2m households to get electricity bonus, 05/02).
Alarmingly, we’re still climbing the foothills of Mt Stupid and can’t yet even see its peak.

The ABC’s apology is not enough, (ABC says sorry for biased reporting, 05/02), it must face consequences for inciting anti-white racism.
It has been weaponised by the long-term infiltration of the Gramscian left and can no longer be funded by taxpayers due to its inherent biases and continual breaches of its own charter.
We could try to sell it as a going concern, but the market is already flooded with far-left news sources.
We could mutualise it, with its staff receiving shares in it commensurate with their accumulated entitlements, and let it compete on its own merits.
Or we could simply cut its funding by half each year until it just goes away.
One thing is clear, our national broadcaster has become destructive of our societal cohesion and is now a threat to our democracy.
