"FMD Memory vault. Look at that film on Malcolm Roberts. The editing to make him look like he said what he probably didn't, is atrocious."
I did, Struth. Maybe you should too. It was made BY Malcolm Roberts. If you have a problem with the editing, speak to him about it. While you're at it you can ask him about PHON second preferencing Labor.
If you had bothered to actually read the link provided, you'd have seen that the author makes EXACTLY the same argument re the validity of Sections 51 and 109 of the Constitution as you have made many , many times.
None of this makes Roberts evil or corrupt, just totally, hopelessly bloody naïve when it comes to the machinations of mainstream politics.
He is the original video on YouTube, by Roberts, posted by Roberts.

Where is he getting "acts" from in section 109?
PHON have put out a press release saying it's only preferencing labor where a LINO is involved.

"Where is he getting "acts" from in section 109?"
Dunno. You're the one claiming it is an edited fake.

PHON is only preferencing Labor where there is a LIBERAL IN NAME ONLY that's really just another Green. That's all, she explained it well on SKY and put out a press release saying that is only the case. So abit like your put the sitting member last no matter what party he's in, but she's doing it based on the leftism of the UNiparty candidate. And how the Libs have treated one nation.
I'm not saying Roberts is spot on, what I am saying if he's been wrong , he's learning real fast. You've got to vote for someone and so far he's as close as you are going to get. We can't afford to be the typical fuckwit right wingers snubbing our noses at everyone because they're not perfect. It's a cop out. Pick your sides, try and influence the best of a bad bunch that's available, ...I even tried to stand but the fuckers must fucking think I'm too fucking rough around the fucking edges, And unfortunately I have a white dick. I'm sick of those on the right snubbing their nose at all and sundry because they're not absolutely perfect. Malcolm Roberts would get my vote for a Senator over nearly all others. He's not up for election this time, anyway.

Struth, You picked this fight, not me.
I posted a link to a guy disputing Roberts claim that Sections 51 and 109 of the Constitution were not applicable, an argument you have made yourself, often. You claimed the alleged video was a heavily edited "fake news". It wasn't. End of story #1.
Senator Hanson/PHON is preferencing Labor in key seats NOT because of any politically valid reason, but because Hanson chucked a hissy fit when it came to light that the Libs/Nats were preferencing Jaquie Lambie's crowd over her crowd, in Tasmania. Bloody-minded, childish, petty, pointless behaviour given that we are probably facing the most important and decisive federal election in the 121 years of the Commonwealth. End of story #2.
I don't advise people who to vote FOR. I leave that up to the individual. I have only ever urged people to vote the sitting member LAST in the HoR, regardless of party, if they represent the Libs, Labor, or Nats. Senators Hanson and Roberts are in the Senate, not the HoR. I have made no recommendations re Senate voting. However, I have reported, and will continue to report, on the goings on of our politicians, both reps and senators, so voters might make an informed decision. End of story #3.

Who are you voting for, MV? Who is up to your standard? We need to get a hung parliament ....that's our best outcome. And Malcolm isn't even up for re election this time around. Malcolm may be learning and do you think he might not sign that now, after what he now knows? I used to vote Liberal as well,.....we all learn, and it got fucking serious in 2020, and so did Malcolm. Who else out of the pile of shit in our Parliaments? Malcolm is learning fast.
Now, I have the ability to conclude that Malcolm has most likely been serves a plate full of bullshit regarding the constitution be Lawyers who could not lie straight in bed. He'd go to them before making statements. That's gullible, but not unexpected.
So I ask you this. Instead of snearing from the sidelines, did you send him an email challenging his take on the constitution and pointing out the actual wording of "law" to help him out, or did you just sneer because you'll be dead soon and Australia deserves all it gets?!

From the top: I have made no bones about who I am voting FOR personally. That is Stefanie Sutherland, local candidate for UAP. But I'm not voting for her because she is UAP, I'm voting for her because she has impressed me with her personal, not party, commitment to what she believes in. I have also volunteered to work for her in the campaign. Of course, all that is contingent on what her how to vote card shows. I will be very disappointed if it doesn't number Terry Young LAST. He is the current sitting member for the LNP (Liberal). I have reported all this here a couple of times previously in the last month or so. You can't "email" Malcolm Roberts. You can complete a "submit" form on his website. With respect to the Online Safety Act, I did this several weeks ago. I posted a full cut and paste copy of what I submitted here on this forum. Here is the link: freedomaustralia.freeforums.net/thread/1895/listeningTwo weeks later I got a reply confirming that Senator Roberts had voted in support of the act. I posted this response here, as part of a general comment on an open thread. I replied to Senator Roberts pointing out all the details of the Online Safety Act, from its beginnings to current. I detailed the involvement of Julie Inman Grant and how she had been paid millions for her efforts, by Microsoft and others. I have received no reply. On that basis I can't see much point in contacting him again. So, tell me Struth. What have YOU actually done re this election? Who are you voting for?

You can get to him easily on twitter and facebook, and then while you are pointing out these things, others see your points being raised, as I have done. Unfortunately, whether you like it or not, twitter and facebook is what these pollies think is the real world view so it has to be countered there.
I'm also voting UAP and all those freedom parties first, leftism last.

Leftism last??? There's a candidate named "leftism"?
I suspect you are in the electorate of Hinkler. The sitting member is Keith Pitt, LNP (National). Are you numbering him last?

As for Malcolm Roberts, all up he costs us around 1.5 million dollars a year in salary, expenses, allowances, vehicles, offices and staff, specifically to provide contact between him and his electorate (Queensland). And you reckon I should try and message him on Twitter?

I've spoken to him face to face and talked about election integrity and other matters. He's more easily contactable than my local members of which I am in wide bay electorate. I've had responses from him on twitter and facebook if I remember as well. I don't say it's right that it's easier to get hold of them on twitter, it's just that it is.....and that's the way of the world.
Just imagine MV, getting on twitter and stumping Malcolm with your brilliance and doing it front of thousands who will read it! C'mon, you know you want to.

"C'mon, you know you want to."
No Struth, actually I don't. That's why I leave all the self aggrandisement up to you. I'll stick with contacting them via the provided, official methods. Quite apart from anything else, I'm not sure how much weight an alleged Twitter comment will carry as evidence at any future treason and/murder trials.
Now, back to the issue. The sitting member in Wide Bay is Llew O'Brien of the LNP National). Are you numbering him last?

Two videos today for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.
Points to note up front:
First, both press releases occurred on a Sunday morning when the least number of people are likely to see them. Just like every other announcement about the Online Safety Act over the last seven years.
Second, the first press release puts all this down to "the Morrison government". That is misleading. Every step of the way this legislation has been supported by ALL members of the Liberal, Labor, and National parties, plus Malcolm Roberts and Pauline Hanson of PHON. EVERY step, since 2015.
Third, both press releases are designed to create the impression that all this relates to things that are meant to happen in the future, after the election. They don't. The original legislation was was passed in July 2015, and eight extensions of it have been passed since. The final version was passed at the beginning of last year, 2021. The eSafety Commissioner, Ms Julie Inman Grant, took up her position in early 2015, and has been paid millions of dollars in stock options in Microsoft, Amazon and Twitter, as reward for her efforts. She is a former Senior Management Executive with Microsoft, and served as a Senior Advisor to the President in Obama's first term, from 2008 to 2012.
Fourth, both press releases ultimately make out that this is all about protecting kids. It's not. As the eSafety Commissioner, Ms Julie Inman Grant has gleefully announced on her Facebook page, her job is to "stamp out misinformation, disinformation, and propaganda on the internet, especially about Covid".
Finally once the election is out of the way and the eSafety Commission starts closing down sites like this one, just remember that for trying to warn all you readers about this over the past few months, srr has described me as "a creepy stalker", chilli has called me a kunt, Struth will continue to defend PHON's involvement to the bitter end, and NFA has banned me as a communist spy, effective from May 31.
So good luck to you all. We are all going to need it.
Item on Sky News post at 7.00 am this morning. 40 seconds.
Press conference with PM Scott Morrison at 11.00 am this morning. Skip the first four minutes. Pure fluff about kids mental health by a man more responsible for causing kids emotional distress than any other person in Australia's history.

Sawyer
you banned yourself by re-iterating that this site will be shut down post May 31 and I merely offered to ban you from that date.
If this site is shut down from that date or you are banned from that date ... isn't it the same result in Sawyer Land?
