Firstly, let's presume that our administrative state is merely gullible and stupid and not part of a global plan led by Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum to force a world-wide financial and governmental "reset."
Secondly, let's suppose that all the societal and economic destruction wrought by governments in their responses to covid was done with genuinely good intentions guided by misplaced trust in experts who were merely mistaken.
How do we prevent such an accidental disaster of government happening again?
Here’s my short-list:
· replace our constitution with the US one (as amended);
· maintain our system of locally-counted paper-only ballots and voter ID;
· introduce citizen-initiated referenda and voter recall;
· provide for impeachment of politicians and public servants;
· place sunset clauses on all legislation;
· divide the more populous states into smaller states to reduce centralisation of power;
· limit the federal government to defence, immigration, border protection and customs;
· reduce the public service by 50 percent;
· reduce public sector pays to the private-sector median for the activity type;
· delete the redundant public broadcasters.
Each and every item on this list would be fought to the death by the administrative state – which is why we must implement these changes and more straight after the Covid Nuremberg we must now have.
