RE: “TOP DOCTOR WARNS WE MUST STAY VIGILANT” (TB, 07/07).
Exactly how long are we going to be treated like little children who can't read or do maths by the world’s most moronic politicians and mendacious bureaucrats?
Queensland Health’s website states that, “The (COVID-19) incubation period can be as short as one day or up to 14 days.”
The teenaged Queensland Health worker arrived in Townsville on June 24 – thirteen days ago (as of July 7).
The ABC reported that she was infectious from June 19.
‘Teh Grauniad’ reported that she “was confirmed to have the highly contagious Delta variant.”
The Bulletin reported on 06/07 that there are “1500 potential contacts, of which about 900 are confirmed close contacts.”
Yet as of July 7 Townsville has “no new Covid-19 cases, following the snap three-day lockdown.”
Somehow the “highly contagious Delta variant” met “900 ... close contacts” and resulted in “no new Covid-19 cases.”
Can you spot the problems in the official narrative?
If you search “mass psychogenic illness” you’ll find that the panicdemic gripping our government and health sector is not unique in history.
The symptoms of mass psychogenic illness include “hyperventilation, inability to concentrate/trouble thinking, anxiety and nervousness.”
The definition of “pandemic” is “epidemic over a wide geographic area and affecting a large proportion of the population.”
COVID-19 has not met that definition, however the mass psychogenic illness named “COVID-19” certainly has.
What a shame we recently gifted the Queensland parliament four-year fixed terms with no mechanism to bring these frightbats to account any sooner – they went rogue almost straight afterwards.
Can our economy and society survive until we can boot these miscreants from office?
If you agree that the official COVID-19 narrative has been destroyed by “the Townsville experiment” it’s time to raise your voice and let your elected reps and local media hear these facts.

TOP DOCTOR WARNS WE MUST STAY VIGILANT
ONE of Townsville’s top doctors has warned the region must remain vigilant as Covid remains a very real threat.
The stark warning comes as the city records another day of no new Covid-19 cases, following the snap three-day lockdown caused by a 19-year-old infected with the highly contagious delta variant holidaying in region.
Townsville Public Health Unit director Steven Donohue issued a plea for those who were deemed close contacts of the teenage hospital worker to quarantine at home, with the threat the delta strain of Covid could flare up within 14 days of the woman’s visit between June 24 and 27.
Those who have Covid symptoms are urged to get tested, along with those who visited local exposure sites, including Cotters Markets in Flinders St, Townsville Airport and Magnetic Island.
During that 14-day incubation period, Dr Donohue said a person could test negative one day then positive the next, which was why it was important people completed home quarantine.
“A negative test is not sufficient to clear a person. They need to complete the full 14 days and get another test before leaving quarantine,” he said.
“You also must immediately get another test if you get sick. The best place is the drive through at 1300 Smiles Stadium (Willows Sporting Complex) because people being tested do not come into contact with others.
“We need people to do the right thing, the advice has been clear for more than a year and we’ve seen the consequences of people ignoring health directions.”
The Townsville Public Health Unit has identified 1500 potential contacts, of which about 900 are confirmed close contacts.
Dr Donohue warned the region is not out the other side of this Covid threat just yet.
“The Townsville region is not out of the woods with this event until two weeks after those exposures with no new cases,” he said.
“We need anyone with flulike symptoms to get tested and stay home till they have a result.
“We won’t really be in the clear until the overwhelming majority of the community has had two vaccine doses against Covid-19.
“We’ve seen how quickly outbreaks can crop up and that will continue because Covid-19 isn’t going anywhere.”
Dr Donohue said there were different types of contact and instructions available on the Queensland Health exposure venues website (www.health.qld.gov.au/tracing) for visitors of Townsville and Magnetic Island venues between June 24 and 27
Between Friday and Sunday, a total of 2012 people were tested at 1300 Smiles Stadium and Magnetic Island
“Most close contacts have received a text and phone call and are in quarantine. New people are self-identifying on the online portal every day which we continue to work through,” Dr Donohue said
“We are asking everyone to be patient and not to call Queensland Health repeatedly unless it is necessary
“Each close contact should have had a Covid test already, and at least one further test at about day 12 before they can be released from quarantine after day 14.
If anyone is sick or needs to get tested, extra testing capacity is available throughout North Queensland, which was continually being reassessed and updated on the website and social media
Willows Sporting Complex was operating at five lanes on Tuesday with the ability to ramp up quickly to eight if required
Magnetic Island’s testing facility has five staff, operating between 8am and 7.30pm
Dr Donohue urged the community to continue doing the basics right, including wearing a mask whenever required, keeping up good hand hygiene and socially distancing.
