There may be some value in bringing it to Jones attention, but don't bother with the other three. They are Liberal-National Party state and federal politicians who will vote in accordance with their party's dictates, regardless of your opinion. The only time your opinion counts at all is on election day.
Given that Liberal-Nationals have held office in NSW for eleven years, and federally for going on eight years, and both have unswervingly pursued investment in ruinables at the expense of baseload power for all that time, they are not going to change course now.
There are only two members of parliaments that there is any point in you writing to, and that is your sitting members at both state and federal levels. Since you are in NSW with optional preferential voting simply write to these local members and tell them you won't be voting for them AT ALL next election. In other states people should write and advise their local members they will be marking them LAST on the ballot paper. Do this regardless of whether your local member is Liberal, Labor, or National. All three mainstream parties have sold Australia out. Encourage others to do the same.
All three major mainstream parties have sold Australia out. It's time to FIRE THE LIARS!
